@RayRay - agreed re: the right v privilege, and also I share the viewpoint that the chances of a federally mandated training scheme being successful at achieving its goal are very slim.

 

@TwoSpot - agreed if people don't want to learn and/or pay attention then they won't

 

I believe we're all in agreement that we do want gun ownership, we want it to be safe, and we want it to be fun and affordable. Where we have some slightly different perspectives is on how best to achieve this :-)
