Jersey ''Compliant'' or not?

Agree that it's not an issue, I bought a Mossberg 464 SPX (which is lever action that has an extending stock) from a PA dealer at a gun show about two months back and he had no issue selling to me which was funny cause just about every other gun he had that I wanted he couldn't sell to me.
