Not sure about ammo purchase

I'm looking to purchase .40sw Winchester T series HP's 180 gr. am I legally able to purchase this type of ammo.

It seems that this is the only ammo available out there..

Hollow points are legal to own and use at the range. Just dont go driving around town with them
