Weird....

 

My Chiro never tried to sell anything in the past 5 years, and actually told me not to waste money on a lot of stuff, and medicine for sake of medicine.

 

I had suffered massive lower back pains, after I had a degenerated disk as a result of a retail store accident. After going to chiro and starting to work out... no more issues with back pain.

Magic phrase there. Work out. Kind of like a physical therapist would have you do.

 

Other useful things are appropriate shoes for your needs.
