The Heritage Guild is a chain of gun shops. They've got three locations, one in Branchburg, one in Rahway, and one in Easton, PA. So anyway, the Easton location has a shooting range. The Branchburg location has an archery range but not a firearms range. I don't know what kind of ranges the Rahway location has or if they even have any ranges.

I've been to the Easton store quite a bit, they've got two ranges in their location. Although they're in Pennsylvania and not New Jersey they are right next to the border so getting there shouldn't be too hard for some NJ residents, depending on where in NJ you live. Right nearby The Heritage Guild in Easton is Sarco's and 507 Outfitters which along with The Heritage Guild can be good places to buy ammo, particularly now you might want to check out those two stores if you're shooting at The Heritage Guild and if they're short on the ammo you want.
