  1. FFL Info is public unfortunately, anyone can say they are one.
  2. Exactly. It's pretty clear that the legislators like Danielson didn't read the Bruen decision. They are handed these Bills by staffers with cherry picked talking points, they don't actually write them either. As evident that Danielson couldn't even explain some of the language in the Bill itself, or offer explanations as to where carry would actually be allowed. Were not even at a significant level within the courts and the Judge is clearly flabbergasted at the states development of this law. That really does say a lot. Not to mention it comes on the heels of NYs own legislative shit show.
  3. You really think every NJ legislators that endorsed and also voted for this law read Bruen? I dont even think the author of the Bill or the sponsors really read Bruen. They were made aware of snippets where regulations had an open door and just threw as much shit hoping something would stick. Of course the lawyers read it.
  4. The problem pre Bruen, is that most decisions never estashed a "test", and their decision were as muddy as the laws they struck down. Which is why I has asked what was so clear about some cases and no one actually responded to my question. NJ legislators clearly didn't read Bruen, and just assumed it was as "Muddy" as something like Heller, where the only clear cut understanding was typical handguns can't be banned inside the home. Yet, Cali still has a ban on popular handgun models because they argue semi auto pistols are still allowed, they just banned the "dangerous" ones to society that lacked safety features. Pre Bruen decisions required some give by conservative judges, to get a majority opinion... that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.. If you were to combine Bruen and Heller, you could strike down just about any semi auto ban(AWB), we will see how that works out in MD. The Judge in this case saw right through the states BS because they continued to use the same old approach to banning guns, and Bruen explicitly states they can't do that. When asked by the Judge for any evidence that would be admissible under Bruen the state either supplied insufficient material, or stated they would provide it later. I love how the judge asked how the legislature used this data that couldnt be provided to the courts. Bruen still doesn't outline a specific test, but at least it makes 2 very important things very clear. Historical significance, and States Interest.
  5. It says TRO is converted to a hearing... thats good news. A TRO I beleive would be a quick decision based on the written arguments until a hearing takes place where oral arguments are made.
  6. Ask him what their umbrella policies cover. Mine states personal liability coverage, and does not exclude much of anything. Umbrella coverage is relatively cheap, everyone should have it for just about anything you can be personally sued for.
  7. Yet, the defendants entire original argument is no longer allowed.
  8. SC remands to the appeals court, appeals remands to district.. All these cases will be heard in their current sessions under Bruen, and can be overturned in the next year. The fact these cases were remanded is a win, when was the last time that happened?
  9. So you came here after a major SCOTUS victory that will be used as a keystone of all decisions moving forward... basically everything out of last session has been in our favor, but yeah keep complaining. It was a simple question you seemingly can't answer, btw. Everyone is welcome here, your opinions may not be. If you never log on again it's not like we would be missing anything, apparently.
  10. If you have hot water, the circulation pump is probably ok.. First thing to check is the relay switch for the zone. They do go bad. You should hear it actuate when the zone goes on. The hot water zone is working.. . So it stands to reason to check this first. That relay controls basically everything to turn the heat on/off. As some some mentioned there is a small metal tab you can flip to turn the zone on manually. If the heat goes on, you know to replace it. I have a similar Burnham set up that's from 2006 and has had a few parts replaced over the years and works like new. Even with a frozen pipe the furnace should fire up, and the pump should turn on. Furnace will turn off when it hits temp, and you should hear the pump remain on. They are quite, but you can still feel and hear them a little.
  11. How long have you been following constitutional challenges to NJ gun laws? NJs carry law was literally struck down.. you coincidentally showed up here shortly after.. We're still very curious what brought you to these forums. Bruen over turns NJ Carry law, and you show up complaining no one is getting anything done... It's almost comical given the battles WE have supported here for decades.
  12. I have an approved carry permit... Something people like you said would never happen.... Again, what brought you to the forums post Bruen?
  13. What exactly brought you to the forums post Bruen? Surely not some defeatist ideology. There is no such thing as a "Final Result"... it would seem the issues you specifically just mentioned are all current cases in the higj courts 9f NJ MD and NY. None of which are going well for the States legislatures.
  14. Donate and support the ANJRPC and you will get updates... A few cases just recently fell under the Bruen decision regardless of NJs recent walk around. A few cases were remanded back down. All great news. First time in Decades shit starts going our way and we're gonna bitch and moan not enough is being done? Fact is, they've been fighting every new law that is legislated...not sure what your getting at, you lose 100% of the fights you don't stand up to. At least they ARE fighting every step of the way... and it's paying off whether you think it's enough or not.
  15. Do you support any 2a organizations in NJ? ANJRPC has been filing petitions everytime a new law is passed.
  16. I met Anthony well before he had this large business, way back at the bullet hole. This guy has been fighting for us for over 20 years, and providing gunnowners with tons of options in a state that hates us.. I will never knock on that guy just because he runs a successful business or had a carrypermit when others didnt.. He doesn't fear monger to get money, you can choose to patronize him or not. Imagine a guy gets his carry permit, and still fights for everyone else to get theirs.... not sure where the complaint is in that.
  17. But is anyone else prepared? What training class did they approve? How do you show them you have liability insurance?
  18. I really hope some justices take this as a slap in the face and tear into NJ legislators.
  19. My money order has been cashed, I guess I'm getting close. It didn't take long for NY to get their laws shut down, I don't see them lasting here any longer. Our 2a organizations already have their petitions ready to file!

    Bitcoin...

You minimized your risks by using mt5? But still lost 60k per bitcoin? Ummm. FYI it's a security, no a currency. It's also an intrinsic value security which is why you can't predict its value, ever.
  21. Yeah, I've been working my way through my stash of oil, but still have plenty because it was so damn cheap.
