That's the business I am in, TV/Film . I worked on War of the Worlds, I remember your neighborhood.

Looks like the block we were on for war of the worlds.

Yes, I have tried Sig and HK. I just cant justify the huge premiums over Glock an Beretta. Especially since they do not do anything better than their less expensive counterparts. Id rather spend $500 on a pistol and the other $400-$500 on ammo. BTW, Glock ergos are not a problem for me, I am very comfortable with the Glock "angle".

Ergonomics: The biggest drawback for most. The Compact Gen4 ergos are much better than the Full Size. I got used to it though. Trigger: I really dont consider stiker fired pistols to have a trigger. I look at them as a on/off switch. PX4-Now thats a trigger. Asthetics: Well, they photograph nicely Glock: Not perfect, I just can find a better one

POS G37: You sound very biased Every Glock KB I saw on the "Internet" either had an aftermarket barrel or the operator was using their own hand loaded ++p+++++++ rounds. Just to be fair: M&P ("the what Glock should be gun"). Can happen to the best of them. HK PX4 Revolver

So, does this mean I can go down to my local PD and request... say ... the last 3 days of patrol car camera video tape? -
Faulty design? The only difference between Gen 3 and Gen 4 is adjustable grip, and a dual recoil spring setup. Was the Gen 3 a faulty design? The Gen 4's were just sprung too heavy for practice ammo. As was Beretta's new PX4 Compact 9mm. Don't knock them until you try them. I used to be a Glock hater too, but after I bought my Glock 23 Gen 4, I changed my mind real fast. You can also go to a Sig forum and find complaints, as you can for CZ, Spingfield, S&W, etc, etc..... The pistol I find the least complaints about is the Beretta 92.....

That seemed really wierd. I think it might have been staged. Why else would an official video like this find its way into public hands. -
Holy crap that is hysterical. Is that a member of this board?

"Most"? You only hear about the handful of people that had problems. What you don't hear is the 100,000+ that don't have problems.

Really. So where and when do they expect to start winning? Also, am I right that Walls is 80yrs old? -
Love the Straight Dust Cover on that M9 ......

If you prefer a safety and a DA/SA trigger: Beretta M9 Commercial (not 92fs, 92a1, or Inox), Full Size Iconic American 15rd 9mm pistol http://www.berettausa.com/products/m9-commercial-9mm-15rds/ If you prefer striker fired and no manual safeties: Glock G19 Gen 4, Everyone deserves a 19

Low profile/stealth safety/decocker levers and slide stop lever. Also turns your type f into a type g (decocker, no safety).

It's a toss up between the S&W 686 P and my now TINY LOOKING and FEELING Glock 21 SF:
