  1. Was made an offer I couldn't refuse, picked up a crate of 12K...we shall see.
  2. All in all was a decent show as an attendee...as a vendor, not so much...the general consensus from all the vendors I s/w said sales were down from this show last year. Tons of people, just not reaching into their pockets lol Right across from the pickle stand in Hall A I think it was.
  3. Anyone have any experience with Fiocchi SPP? Dealer here at Oaks has em for what seems like a decent price. Might pick up a box to see how they are.
  4. Hey man, yea the 5min i had to step away you showed up lol...good to see ya...thats all the same pickle guy...he had multiple set ups...few hrs before you got there he told me he went thru 85 buckets of pickles and that he would have to restock for tomrw. He'll pull in 25-30K for the weekend easy. Crazy.
  5. Gun shows are good for what they are...businesses all under one roof selling their product. People say they can't find powder...there is always copious amounts of powder and other reloading supplies for ok prices, the vendors always try to undercut each other so there definitely are deals to be had lol. At the very least, its a good way to make some conversation and kill a day around all kinds of firearms. LMAO! Dick hah. Yes JTM BBQ will be there...free pack of .22 with certain purchase.
  6. Was a great turnout...thanks for the much needed therapy lol.
  7. I would also have to say that new shooters are a big contributing factor. The stats on new shooters in the past 5 years has to be way up there. Also factor in kids growing up shooting .22 etc etc...everything combined is taking a toll on the industry.
  8. Do it, you'll love it. Now that I have all 3 Glock 10mm's, I'm def looking into others in the future. CZ makes a few and Colt Delta are a couple I'm going to read up, maybe toss in a 10mm revolver too at some point. Want to talk to the powers to be at my range about possibly setting up a "10mm Night"
  9. Wishful thinking but will never happen, especially this time of year, not only people buying for themselves but also gifts... add in all the bullshit from around the country and its even worse. Its a vicious cycle, it sucks.
  10. Gander Mountain has em in, GO! http://www.gandermountain.com/modperl/product/details.cgi?r=view&from=grid&i=413582&source=linkconn&lct=s&cID=GSHOP&siteID=VCSYInvXQp8-QjP3u3S8vFx1_ZoEurDiMw
  11. Just gotta keep an eye out...Gander Mtn had a bunch a lot of us got in on it.
  12. Finally go the burris all mounted up. The gun came with plates 5 thru 8, had to call up Glock and have them send me mounting plate #1. Had a nice lil convo with them, he did say that Glock hasn't actually tested the Burris line yet. But anywho, now gotta get er sighted in. Thinking about talking to the powers to be at my range bout hosting a "10mm Night." Also, what do you guys do with your brass? I roll my own 10mm, I'd gladly accept any 10mm brass you guys don't keep.
  13. Looks like it might have been an error...this msg pops up then redirects you to the main site. The page you requested is currently unavailable Click here to visit the NRA Membership Home Page.
  14. Haven't busted some clays in a minute...I'm actually free this Sun the 13th if this is a go.
  15. WTF's thread was posted 3min before yours lol
  16. Theres nothing under 8 cents a round on gunbot. Is one brick worth it? Meh prob not, depends...but split 6 bricks with someone then yes. Don't buy it then, whataya want from me lol.
  17. http://www.copesdistributing.com/cyber-monday-raptor-22lr-40gr-copper-plated-500rd-brick-p-9541.html $39.99 +$9.95 shipping...add more than one brick to sweeten the deal - doesn't looks like theres a limit.
  18. Some years ago there was an HBO Documentary "How To Die In Oregon." They have the answer to this very thing IMO. The problem with Dr. K was he was the one that was actually taking the life. In Oregon they have "Physician Assisted Suicide" if you will, and its for the terminally ill. If they qualify, the doctor writes a script for the cocktail but the patient is administering it to themselves and thats it. Puts you to sleep then stops the heart. A must see. http://www.hbo.com/documentaries/how-to-die-in-oregon/synopsis.html
  19. Just an FYI, RTSP will be open normal business hours tomorrow.
