I have 9mm ammo I'd like to sell, but my Premier Membership expired several years ago. I really didn't frequent this site enough to do a renewal. Have the issues been worked out, so renewing will be an instant thing or is there still some waiting period involved.

Just noticed a similar thread. Looks like the buyer just need an FID with a DL with matching address. Is that it? Any restrictions on where the sale can occur?
