  1. Those guys on cpf sure do some crazy tests. While not an extensive field test at all, I've been using the titanium batteries from batteryjunction.com for about the last two years in all my flashlights and always gotten good life from them without any issues like leaks or anything. At a buck or less a piece I'm happy with them. http://www.batteryjunction.com/tpen-tcr123a-.html
  2. If you're willing up deal with shipping and customer service issues that people report, palmetto state armory seems to have a bunch of rimfire available at not outrageous prices.
  3. Never shot an sr22, but my 22/45 mkiii has been flawless through about 1500 or so rounds of federal and cci bulk. Know thats not a lot of rounds, but not a single failure at all has impressed me. I consider some sort of mag disconnect bushing (there are several out there) a mandatory mod. The disconnect makes magazine insertion a pain and prevents magazines from dropping out freely. I also installed a volquartsen accurizing kit and did the slingshot mod. It's now got a crisp 3lb trigger pull and loads a round simply by racking the bolt (no need to hold down the bolt release). Only additional mod I'm looking to do is swap out the grip panels (make sure you get the model with the removable panels) for something a little thicker and with better grip. The 22/45 lite black looks very cool. If they had been out when I bought mine I'd have given them a hard look. The only few negatives I've heard have been about chipping/dinging around the ejection port.
  4. You could just search their site. Hope these work. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/766914/glock-magazine-glock-23-40-s-and-w-13-round-polymer-black http://www.midwayusa.com/product/341023/glock-magazine-glock-30-30sf-45-acp-10-round-polymer-black
  5. $24.99 a piece, I believe limit of 2 each. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/766914/glock-magazine-glock-23-40-s-and-w-13-round-polymer-blackhttp://www.midwayusa.com/product/341023/glock-magazine-glock-30-30sf-45-acp-10-round-polymer-black
  6. Saw some decently priced .223 on shotgun world forum. 600 rounds of American eagle 55gr for $285 shipped. http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=327672 Maybe im reading it wrong, but surprised this guy hasnt sold it sooner (been on there a few days and hr just bumped it). Don't know this guy, no affiliation and no use or desire to flip it myself, just thought I'd pass it on.
  7. Thanks for the smooth transaction.
  8. Thanks for the smooth transaction!!
  9. Had a great time today. Thanks for those that let me borrow their shotguns. Unfortunately Im horrible with names so I won't even attempt to thanks individuals. Definitely purchasing a semi in the near future. On the way out, the guys setup in front of my car had two automatic throwers, one with a wobbler. Sure were sweet looking....
  10. Mine was charged the full amount, but only partially shipped.
  11. Been getting the runaround on my sig sights at least they've been answering my emails. I'm giving them till Monday and canceling if they don't give me a firm ship date. Sorry if anyone that got poor service out of this deal.
  12. Oh rats. Guess ill just have to shoot the snot out the m&p then. BLF and RF, very generous offers. Hope I can make it.
  13. Trying to get to this one. If I can make it will be bringing my rimfire stuff (m&p 15-22 with red dot, scoped ruger 10/22 and ruger 22/45 with volquartsen trigger) if anyone is interested in trying out. Don't have a shotgun right now but have plenty of birdshot I can bring if folks are willing to let me shoot theirs.
  14. Another ruger vote, but I'll put mine on the 22/45. Replace the bushing to get rid of the mag disconnect and add the volquartsen trigger parts and you've got not only a totally reliable and accurate pistol, but also a really sweet shooter. Affordable with a bunch of aftermarket support too. Have about 1500 rounds through mine this summer and never had a single failure.
  15. I might have misread, but i think it's buy 1 get 1 at 50% off for Remington game loads and their normal price, again I think, is $6.99. Target loads are just $5.49, no bogo deal.
  16. I ordered a set of meprolites for my Glock and my sig. Got my shipping notice and my online account says both shipped but I only received the one set for the glock. They have not responded to my emails or my voicemail. Hopefully I can get this straightened out. Hope everyone else gets their orders without issue.
  17. If you missed out on the deal and/or don't need a whole case, cabellas has the 325 packs on back order (3-4 weeks) for $10.99 and free shipping over $99. Works out almost the same price.
  18. Glad everyone could take advantage. They had this deal last year as well, but I was still waiting on permits and didn't know exactly which handgun I was going to buy. Just curious, which setup is everyone buying? All green or the orange/green combo?
  19. At the mako group with 30% off all weekend with code blackfriday. Site has other stuff, but the Meprolights are at at $58 a set and shipping is $6.95 for multiple items. http://www.themakogroup.com/category_s/100.htm
  20. The black Friday ad has all ammo deal as the buy one get one 50% off.
  21. Looks like the sale price starts today....no need to wait till Friday.
  22. Take a look at the bighorn safe at Costco for $569+ tax (includes shipping). Seems to get good reviews. http://www.costco.com/BIGHORN-19ECB-Safe.product.11625662.html
