I have a p226 enhanced elite, love it, but had a problem when I bought the 22lr conversion kit the mag would not lock in. I sent it in and had it back within a week and a half. I would rate their customer service as top notch.

you can get an xdm with pinned mags I have one in 5.25 its a great gun.

My wife likes my emp in 9 as well as the p226. I think trying to have her shoot before you buy is a good idea for instance I have an xdm5.25(tack driver) in 9mm and she goes for the emp every time, weird but that's just the way it works.

I have an escort redline. It works well I often pick up the signal well before I can even see them. I have to disagree on Xband though I think it depends on the town. Im pretty sure all the unmarked in my town use X and the marked use Ka.

I have a tacpac its very accurate. I have had the same problem as the article but not in that frequency I've had 2 or 3 failure to strip a round in about 2000 rounds no other problems though. I clean the thing every 200 -300 rounds if that makes any difference.

Picked up 2 for my 226 last time I was at RTSP under $50.

I have a SIG 1911 its my favorite gun I have an XDM9 5.25 and an EMP in 9mm great guns but the SIG is my favorite. I have put 2000 rounds through it since I bought it last year and I have never had a problem with it. Everytime I take out a new shooter, which I try to do as often as I can, they also always favor the SIG by the end of the day it is just a pleasure to shoot.
