Keep in mind that when you renew or join the Club, you get free shipping and double the normal discount for that one order. I don't think it applies to the heavy surcharge you would get for ordering multiple cases. But this is a valuable one-time per year extra that you can combine with coupons and gift cards.

So they had "very large protests". (probably other issues too) The news cycle is so fast on this stuff, you blink and you miss it. Except for the shooting in Aurora ,we'll hear about that for months.

I watched the super therm video, very interesting. I have a ridge vent and I put a thermometer in my attic and it is pretty consistently between 102 and 108 on sunny days in the 80's and 90's. So it seems to be doing about the same as Super Therm. My wife would kill me if I painted the roof white. The plugs for the Obama administration made me want to vomit. :-)

The economics hinges on the market value of NJ renewable energy credits. These collapsed in price about 2 years ago. The reality is when you get these panels, you're getting subsidized by the ratepayers with normal electric service. Electric would be cheaper for everyone without all these stupid panels all over the place hanging off poles. We should start calling them Barry boards. (They do generate nice extra duty pay for all the cops doing the road jobs however).
