  2. Went for a hike with the wife about a month ago. Wife had those workout pants tucked into socks with sneakers and sprayed over that with bug spray with deet. Still got a tick on her foot. Went to the doctor, he said need to wait 3 weeks for a blood test. It takes that long for lymes to incubate. If tested before that the test will be negative even if you have it.
  3. Get the standard barrel for 50 yds. It's more likely the ammo (bulk) that will cause any inaccuracy.
  4. almost as bad as someone repeating the post right before them.
  5. I'm sure it's been posted somewhere but did a search and couldn't find anything. If i have a p2p, buy a handgun online and have it transferred through a ffl dealer do I still have to have nics run when I pick it up.
  6. DOOD. Dude whats that? See we make fun of everyone
  7. I like antics...like goofy antics ...also shenanigans.....pranks, that sort of thing. What did he show you? LMFAS
  8. I have to agree with PJD. He beat me to it. It's inconvenient to stand because you have a tray of food on your lap. Shows a lot of respect for the volunteers who gave their life for that pleasure.
  9. Yes they are a NJ resident. They don't need any forms to be notorized showing they are executor. I bought a trailer once under the same circumstances and the seller had to give me a notarized form for the motor vehicle department showing they were executor of the estate.
  10. I'll be purchasing a handgun from a person that does not have a FID . This person inherited the gun from someone that didn't have a will but is the legal heir, is executor of the estate, and the gun is NJ legal. I have a permit to purchase, what do they need to have in order to transfer the gun?
  11. so you asked several LEO's and got different answers. what makes you think you can get an answer on a forum that you can go with?
  12. You can use the 200 yd range after the 2 or 3 workers leave. That's why it's taking so long, every time I'm there during the week there's only a couple guys working.
  13. Especially since the 200 yd range is also closed during the week essentially reducing rifle usage to rimfire on the pistol range or in the pits. With the wall completed I see no reason not to allow the 200 yd range to be used. But what do I know......
  14. Anyone know when this range will be finished?
  15. I'm laughing because I realize how silly it sounds. I just bought 500 rds of 9 last week and about 1500 rds of 5.56 so I wanted to keep the amount of this order under $200 thinking the wife won't be so mad when she see's the credit card bill.
  16. same here. just ordered a case from palmetto.
  17. Good, deal thanks. Just ordered 19 boxes of 50 and it came to 10.07 each, free shipping
  18. Thinking of joining and would like to take a look during a typical weekday as that is when I would be using it. Don't need to shoot, just a visit to look at the facilities. Do they have an open house day or can someone guest me?
  19. this is exactly what I was referring to, so to re-word my original post "Am I correct in my understanding that I can drive around all day, everyday, with a .22 long gun, unloaded with gun and ammo properly secured in my truck with proper paperwork but if one day on my way home from the range I decide to take a ride down a dirt road in the woods during off season I would be breaking the law?
