  1. Puh-lease. Doc: 4 years undergrad, 4 years of medical school, 3 years residency, minimum. Cop: GED, push ups, sit ups, run a mile and a half. Not for nothing, but MOST people are more than qualified to judge the actions of the poilce.
  2. Police: Wood-Ridge man had guns, tomahawks, knives, bows, 10,000 ammo rounds, more. So a NJ man goes to the police and tells them he thinks hes being followed and videotaped. He also allegedly gave them a 20 page letter. They take the man to the Bergen Regional Medical Center for an evaluation. At the same time, they allegedly got a search warrant for his home and confiscated his handguns, long guns, some other junk and 10,000 rounds of ammo... WTF? *Edit*, as others have pointed out, the police may have gotten a warrant, which is better than no protocol.
  3. Thats beautiful, looks peaceful. Do you do work on the side?
  4. Wont step foot in a Starbucks.
  5. Rush, Hannity, Levin, Savage are shills for the establishment. Trash.
  6. Thats very nice. The only other thing I would have added are some examples of those who are on the list: Ted Kennedy, Mark Ruffalo, a 6yo Christian girl etc. And the fact that people are being listed to meet quota: http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/marshals-innocent-people-placed-on-watch-list-to-meet-quota
  7. It bothers this sh*t outta me when people say, "why dont you just move"? Like its so effing easy. If I was renting, Id be outta this state in a heart beat. Although, I am looking at some condos in PA. Maybe its time to establish residency next door.
  8. Gun seizuers of any kind no longer give me pleasure.
  9. They're all bad in their own way but A3687, the "terror" watch list, you know, the one with Senagtor Ted Kennedy on it. Are we really the frist state in the country to codify a secret government watch list...
  10. Break the link. Otherwise they'll see a bunch of traffic from this site. Is it already over?
  11. So, ALL hollow point ammuntion is illegal in NJ, correct?
  12. I think its going to be more effective if I write a letter as opposed to just calling (nothing wrong with doing both). Question is, should I just send it to the address posted on the site: Office of the Governor PO Box 001 Trenton, NJ 08625 Or should I mail it somewhere else to ensure that it will be read? Nor can I find the appropriate topic on the contact page: http://nj.gov/governor/contact/
  13. How about the fact that the some of the assemblymen on the committee had sponsored the legislation. I wonder how theyre going to vote... Conflict of interest anyone, hello?
  14. I thought you were kidding... http://www.tractorsupply.com/en/store/search/gun-safes
  15. Do you happen to have a link to the specific one? No tax on safes in NJ, noice.
  16. Should I just do the Walmart thing? Guess I could save on sales tax if I bought from Delaware. What can I expect to spend? Anything decent in the $800 to $1200 range?
  17. Point well taken but at the end of the day, when the state is running low on tax paying citizens (both income and property), maybe they'll wake up to the reality of their actions.
  18. The Ruger 10/22 seems to be on almost every list. Is there a particular sub-model? Would they be referred to as a "plinking" gun? Are they jersey compliant out of the box? I'm assuming they shoot 22lr?
  19. First they played tip the spot a potty. Then there were a few fights. Some hell raising but overall didnt seem over the top?
  20. Pat's. I didnt know pizza could have an aftertaste until I ate there.
  21. Per XDm9-3.8's comment below. This would primarily be a modern day, starter collection. Specific make and model would be helpful. My thoughts: Glock 19 Beretta 92FS Any Sig. CZ (dont know enough about the specific models). 1911 (also dont know which ones are considered better/best). AR15. Preferably a 6920 if it can be made Jersey compliant (can it?). Mosin Nagant (thanks tony357, how could I forget my Mosin!!!???)
