Ive got a S&W 500, and .50 muzzle loader. No BMG for me. There is a reason they call it a doctor's gun. They are the only guys that can afford one. I do know a guy that owns one he only shoots in competition and loads his own ammo. Will this ban effect all .50 cal guns including black powder, desert eagle, S&W 500, shotgun slug is .73cal? Ive found Jersey legal AR's at shows. Never looked for any AK's im not much of a Kalashnikov guy. Im sure at the larger shows someone will have them. Allentown is usually pretty big. Sent using Tapatalk 2

I believe many LEO would either quit their jobs on the spot, or outright refuse to go door to door to confiscate. ( I wouldn't do it if I were LE) I mean really how many houses do you think they would make it to before they were met with resistance (being shot at)? Two maybe three homes possibly. I know the gun owners in my town well out number the small police force. It would be suicidal for them to attempt a confiscation. Yeah if your only shooting .22 and shotgun use the state range for free. I drive up to Flatbrook WMA about 45 min to shoot black powder. Sometimes ill take the .22 also. About same distance for me to drive to Clinton WMA, except I can use whatever targets I want at FlatBrook. Clinton Has weird target height rules and you have to use their target holders that suck. Waste of money to join RTSP if you have to drive that far & aren't using center fire or pistol. I usually only use the handgun range there myself. Only used the rifle lanes once with the AR. First visit fill out paper work while you watch video. Unless you are LEO then video not required. Once you've watched vid and filled out paper never have to again. They put you into the system. I recommend joining if you shoot often at $35 each visit it pays to join. I get to jump in front of non members when I go, while they wait. Plus you can bring guests for $10. They give a few free guest passes when you join also. Once you join you can walk in and shoot every day if you can afford the ammunition. 12g works just use light Fine loads. I prefer a 20g myself for small game and peasant. .22 is legal for coon, groundhog, & dispatch for trapping. My friends and I tried that when we were around 14, I think he still has a piece of brass casing in his forehead and shoulder the doctor couldn't remove. My Ar has a pistol grip, semi auto, and detachable mag, Jersey legal. So why would a siemi version of the AA12 be illegal? Its long enough has a full non folding stock, no bayonet lug. It would be basically a 12g Jersey legal AR. Sent using Tapatalk 2

Bottom line if you have a good reason to have a knife on you your ok. The use of any weapon on another human being in NJ is against the law. Including your fists if a prosecutor can prove you have at any time been formally trained to inflict a lethal blow. Those Krav Maga classes you paid for on your visa may turn up in court the day of your indictment as evidence against you. For the guy you put into the hospital, even if you were defending yourself in a robbery or attack. New Jersey law (correct me if im interpreting it wrong) states you have to "run and hide" from an attack and contact law enforcement & wait for them to arrive. If you have no other choice (running away not an option) you may defend yourself, but only with the least amount of force necessary to stop the eminent danger your attacker is trying to inflict upon you. If you stop the attack then continue to assault the attacker now your the attacker. No stand your ground here. And this law is why I think even if we become a CCW shall issue state here in NJ it wouldn't matter because you cant legally use your weapon for self defense outside your home.
