Actually, @Maksim, it seems a bit confusing. You've set up both a Clubs page and a Range page for the same facility. At a quick glance, someone may not understand which page to make their post. Since there's a lot of Post and Run that goes on, I think you're going to get the wrong type of post in the wrong area (complaints on the Club page instead of on the Range page).

I've never had a bad experience there. We only got yelled at once by the RO for kicking brass on the pad during a cease fire. I just think he was PMS'ing that day. But I like that we can bring different types of targets. It gets boring just punching holes in paper.

OK, I'll join... will they be serving beer? Just wondering?

New online permitting system?!?
Sniper replied to Gunnz's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
Yeah, but the online system is just the application phase. The hard copy permits will still be paper issued by the local PD. They will have no idea online what you bought unless the FFL send the P2P copies to them. All they know online is that you submitted for permits. Heck, your permits could expire if you don't buy. How would they even know that? You think they will use this new database to go door to door for confisgation? "We know you applied for permits or FID, so give us your guns" (that we have no idea that you have or don't have)? -
Only $50 For Handgun Purchase Permits
Sniper replied to 45Doll's topic in Pending Legislation Discussion
But the cost of getting the FID or P2P would. For someone sitting on the fence or procrastinating, paying more LATER could cause them to act NOW. Which is better, paying $6 for 3 permits or paying $150 for 3 permits? How about someone getting a FID, that $95 difference more than pays for the fingerprinting. For the paycheck to paycheck crowd (3/4 of the population), those few bucks makes a big difference. -

Why not just post his IP so others can see his past? You can track by IP, right? -

Only $50 For Handgun Purchase Permits

Which means there will be a big run on purchases the next few weeks as people panic to beat the rush. I hope @remixer thanks Murphy for this additional business. -
Actually, I found it, but you had to be a detective and search for it in the FAQ. It should be part of the application information. Do I need to take any actions after submitting the form online? top Yes, you are required to take further actions before the municipal police department can start processing your application. These would depend on the purpose selected for the application. The required actions are listed in the ‘Next Steps’ section of the Confirmation Email. All applicants are required to go to their municipal police department to sign the Mental Health Check form. Can I submit the Consent for Mental Health Records Search (Form S.P. 66) application online? top No, not currently. The form can be downloaded from here. You are required to complete and submit this form in person at your municipal police department. Without this, the application cannot be processed. https://www.njportal.com/NJSP/Fars/home/Faq

New online permitting system?!?
Sniper replied to Gunnz's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
I would like to hope that there are at least a few guys working at the State Police that recognize our constitutional rights, and have designed this new system to make it easier and less labor intensive for the local PDs, even if some of the local PDs aren't interested in it. Having clerks process manual forms, mail out reference letters, and track it all, is costly. If it can be streamlined by online forms and emailed reference letters, it should be better for everyone in the process, even if Murphy doesn't like it. -
I submitted the online form late last night. One reference already completed the online form and sent it back, and I got email notification. Waiting on the second one. So, it seems at this point to be a quicker system. A few buck more at $21. Time will tell. I'll drop off the SP-066 later today at the PD, and we'll see how long that takes to clear.

You think we're not already in some databases now (and have been)? -
What it looks like, is Mueller is going to come up empty handed with Russian collusion, and after the Dems have been beating that drum for 2 years, only to come up with zip, they're going to look like real assholes. So, Nadler needs to keep the Russian hoax going longer, hopefully to the 2020 elections, to try and help the Dems save face. Mueller's report looks like it will be a big nothingburger. The Democrats will look like major crybabies and losers. This is why they are ramping up all these new investigations and gun laws.... more smokescreens. I told you guys this was going to be the Dem playbook for the next two years.

Maybe because Autopilot didn't kill them?

From past experience, many Nat. Gas BBQs are decent quality, mainly because they know people want something better if they're hooking up to Nat gas. I did something similar. First one I bought was a Nat. Gas model, which was 2X the propane models in cost. When that one finally rotted out (don't they all), I decided to go with a propane model and hook it up to Nat Gas. All I needed to do was remove the regulator and take out the orifices in the burners for it to run on Nat Gas, since propane runs at higher pressures. In my current house, when I moved in, I considered getting a Nat Gas BBQ, since I had a gas line very close at my pool heater. But, I decided on a decent propane model. Reason one, portability, if I wanted to move it to a different area on the patio. And second, I have a propane generator and a propane shop heater that uses 20 lb. tanks, so I already have extra tanks available. Switching out tanks is no big deal.

That's probably what it is. From my post above: It could be part of the NRA's game. Keep everyone scared that the Democrats are coming to take their guns, so everyone continues to stock up on guns and ammo. This sends additional revenue to the manufacturers, which then funnels money back to the NRA. Kinda of closed loop.... Maybe the Dems are right, and the NRA is more in bed with the suppliers than the members????

Exactly. The little children here always know more (at least they think they do).
