Thanks to a new nationwide injunction issued by Judge Kacsmaryk in the Britto v BATFE case, we are now able to sell pistol braced firearms again.  We expect that this injunction will hang around for at least a little while as the case is in the 5th Circuit and if appealed, that Circuit has been very favorable to 2A cases.  Firearm non-NFAs started shipping to dealers today.  Look for them next week at dealers across NJ.
