when titled.. you can title without registering and titles i believe have gone up to 80.00 from 20.00

I was under the impression that if you purchase a vehicle, trailer etc.. when it is titled, you have to pay the sales tax. By titling it, your taking ownership, therefore the need to pay tax.

You will pay sales tax on the transfer of title.

Registration does not denote ownership, its just registration so the car can be on the road, etc.
