GoNRA 12 Posted August 26, 2010 Would it be possible to setup a donation button on the website?
Frank Jack Fiamingo 58 Posted August 26, 2010 If we setup a PayPal Account. but that has a downside. One is - you are dealing with the Devil - not that there is much choice, two they take a percentage. We will probably HAVE to do it though.
GoNRA 12 Posted August 26, 2010 Wonder if the bank has some type of software for you to add a donation button that will put the money straight into the bank account.
wsl 2 Posted August 26, 2010 Paypal only takes 3%, which is pretty normal considering most credit cards charge 3-7% depending on the company. They can use a bank account, check or any credit card on there. As long as you aren't selling guns or ammo, its fine. It also eliminates the need for a merchant account to accept credit cards. Frank Jack Fiamingo 58 Posted August 26, 2010 OK then, I guess that is what we will have to do. What do we have to do to arrange for it. John?

We will probably HAVE to do it though. Use GPAL (formerly gunpal). https://www.gpal.net/ They were set up as a gun-friendly alternative to paypal and you don't need an account to make a payment. Their owner is a gun guy, too. And, yes, it is official, legal, safe, etc.
Frank Jack Fiamingo 58 Posted August 26, 2010 Thanks kwadz. I think Maks has used them. I will see what his experience with them was.
jeff47 30 Posted August 26, 2010 I have used GPal to buy a few things with my credit card, similar to Paypal, without a hitch. The other bonus is that you don't have to worry about GPal freezing your account and holding your money for 90 days on the odd chance that someone puts a gun related word in the transaction detail, unlike paypal.
