“Police L Match”

Saturday & Sunday, September 10 & 11, 2011

 

Location: Tournament will be held three miles west of Lewistown, Pa., on Big Ridge Rd. Follow signs from Bratton Ave., Lewistown.

 

Time: 9:00 A.M. - first relay

 

Guns: .22 Cal. and any center fire pistol

 

Course of Fire: (for each gun)

20 shots Slow Fire (2courses of 10 shots in 5 mins.)

30 shots Police L (10 slow, 10 timed, 10 rapid)

20 shots Timed Fire (2 courses of 2-5 shot strings in 20 sec.)

20 shots Rapid Fire (2 courses of 2-5 shot strings in 10 sec.)

 

Target: Police L (10 ring is size of black on standard rapid fire target). All matches will be shot from 25 yards.

 

Note: Match will be fired rain or shine! The Lewistown Pistol Club’s firing line is covered.

 

Scoring: Lewis System (No classification needed)

 

Food and Drink: Gun Club will be hosting Dinner at the conclusion of the match on Saturday. Doughnuts, coffee and lunch will be available. No Donation Can!!! All food and coffee free.

 

Fees: One match for $30.00

Two matches for $40.00 or all four matches for $55.00

Team match fees are $5.00 per shooter (fired 2 man/woman team)

Early Registration Registration received before August 31 will receive $5.00 discount

Late Registration. Those Registering the day of the match pay $5.00 late registration fee.
