NJ legal upper?

Hey guys i am in the market for a complete 5.56 upper. Id like for it to be NJ legal without any modifications if possible. Can someone tell me if this Stag Arms post ban upper is NJ legal? It should already have its bayonet lug removed. Also as long as then pin the compensator it should be legal as well right? Thanks!

I would think they would PIN there Comp since its for BAN states.. try ringing them on Monday or dropping them an email..

I went the PSA route but had to pin my own.. I opted for a low pro GB vs the standard A2 front sight....

 

you can always send the UPPER to ADCO from dealer.. and they can PIN and then ship it to you..

I'll sell you a Bushmaster upper for $375. But it has no muzzle device/threaded barrel and has a little less than 200 rounds down the tube. It's definitely superior to a Stag. It's a flat top with 16" barrel.

as long as the compensator is pinned it should be NJ legal. just know that if you want to remove your FSB you will need a gun smith to take off your compensator for you
