Every time is different, I picked up a winchester 1917 sporter with a weaver scope for 300. New barrel and a real nice shooter.

I can't wait to see what the fine folks from Ed's Sports Shop will have on their tables in the way of long guns, and to pick up some discounted ammo. This is a good show: fairly easy to get to (right off 78), good vendors/selection of items, and you can get a wealth of information from picking some brains out there.

 

I'm also going to be stopping in to yet ANOTHER ex-Jerseyite who made the move to Freedom by buying a home in Palmer Township, PA. He's going to take me on a few ride-bys of properties by him, as hope springs eternal that I can get out of this totalitarian state soon.

It's not bad show considering that it's a small show, but it's no Oaks. On the better side, it's and hour closer than Oaks or Harrisburg for us North Jersey guys.
