Could someone (preferably someone who has already obtained a home base ffl) tell me step by step instructions on what they did?
And do you set up shop before or after your atf interview? Do you need to have a llc, insurance ect before you get your license or after?
Answers to these type of questions would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance
I am about to retire from law enforcement in the next year and was looking into becoming a gunsmith as a part time retirement job. How are these online courses from Ashford rate? How would you go about being a apprentice to a gunsmith? Can you get a ffl license to work out of your home in NJ or do you need to work for a store? I am very familiar with different types of firearms and am not looking to get rich doing it. Just a passion to keep me busy. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thanks..Bob
Check the primers on the ammo you didn't shoot yet. Are they fully seated? If the primer is not just below flush with the back of the case, the first hit can seat it better then the second hit ignites it.
