Scorpio64 5,184 Posted July 7, 2017 I'm thinking about getting a sling for My M4gery, maybe my SPR too, and have looked into the single, two and three point setups. I'd like to hear some real world experience from members who actually use slings on the job or in competitions. How did you set up your sling and why. Displaced Texan 11,777 Posted July 9, 2017 My slings are the Tactical Link 1/2 point convertable slings used with their Z360 mounts. I prefer the 2 point configuration, and very rarely use them in single point mode. When walk hunting, I like the accessibility of the weapon in 2 point mode. Single point does come in handy (for me) slung over my right side and hanging free when I climb a ladder into a deer blind, other than that, I am a 2 point user. Personally, I think 3 point slings are a waste. Use what works best for you, but I think 2 point will be of the most use.
High Exposure 5,674 Posted July 9, 2017 DT I need to show you the right way to rig a 2pt sling so you can go up a ladder.
checko 180 Posted July 9, 2017 DT I need to show you the right way to rig a 2pt sling so you can go up a ladder. Want to share? I would just put it on my back muzzle down, tighten, and maybe flip the gun over to be secure.Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
