  1. This^^^^^^^^. The media is in a full frontal attack and they have been flat out LYING! I just don't understand how a REAL Right could be questioned and repealed without being amended the proper way of 2/3 Congress, 2/3 Senate and 3/4 of the states. Why is this NOT being addressed?
  2. The NUTS always make up the rules for the law abiding...why? What are the nuts, .0005%? But here is the main point...THE NUTS WILL ALWAYS GET THE GUNS!!!!. Honestly, is this something a college professor or PBS programming taught you. I'm going to post a list of the most dangerous countries in the world...and you know what? Guns are ILLEGAL there! Once again, you know why? BECAUSE THE NUTS WILL ALWAYS GET THEIR GUNS!!!!! Guess who is left defenseless because the NUTS WILL ALWAYS GET THEIR GUNS? Me, my family and every law abiding citizen. So the .00005% now dictate rule in the country...does that sound better? Good stuff to know before a cruise, vacation or retiring. Have you been there without knowing this? 3. I disagree with both of you. The point is, when a BIG, oppressive government gets to determine what's "normal". Maybe believing in "God" is grounds for being a lunatic? Maybe, talking of freedom is "crazy, anti-government" illness? Maybe believing Obama is a Marxist does not fall under the guideline of "sane". Once we head into this realm of approval, it's all in the hands of a twisted tyrant that determines if you can get a gun or not. I have a drink once a week, does that make me an alcoholic? Yes, to some people it does.
  4. PA driver's license? PA does not require a FID card. You simply walk into a gun store, tell them what you want (can be multiple guns), show your driver's license, fill out a PICS paper, pay then leave. If you have the resources and realize you wanted 3 more handguns, walk back in and do it again. Get your carry by proving you're a PA resident and in some places fill out paper, pay $20 and 20 minutes walk out with your carry. I guess you could "will" your guns to your PA parents or sell to them for $1? Then get them at a later date...
  5. I think we need to have common sense laws regarding alcohol. Drunk driving kills 16000 people per year. Why do we need to sell kegs, cases or multiple ounces of alcohol? To socially drink it only takes about a half of a beer. I feel that anyone that wants to buy more than one beer needs to be checked that they are not alcoholics. All persons from this day on need to register and have their house approved by a licensed "shrink" making sure that no one will drink irresponsibly. When that is okay'd, then any alcohol needs to be locked and anyone under 21 shall not be allowed within 20' of the said container. All participants drinking alcohol shall be required to present their card upon purchase and limited to one bottle per month. The empty bottle shall be returned and registered before another bottle is then issued. We will start this program immediately to alleviate drunk driving and alcoholism. We understand it's only .05% of the people abusing alcohol, but to make sure this does not happen anymore we all must join...for your safety of course. BTW, all vehicles will be governor-ed at 55 MPH for local speed limits. There is no reason for a car to go 110 MPH, when legally the speed limit is 65 MPH. Any alcohol related deaths will ultimately lead to seizing of the automobile as it's obvious that "cars kill people". We thank your participation and this is for your safety...
  6. No. That's been his waste sizes over the last 6 years. BTW, I moved out about 8 months ago and we ALL have a huge fight on our hands regardless of which state we live in. Keep fighting, calling, writing, emailing. Send this off to SAF, GOA and NRA. This lunacy needs to be stopped... we are all in this together.
  7. Exactly. Sit quietly? We've sat silent as every darn right has been stripped from us. It's time to stand up peacefully and not comply to unconstitutional laws. They swore an oath to protect our rights they are making us into criminals. Btw, these are not people serving our best interest they are here to destroy from with in. I , for one, do not intend letting freedom die on my watch.
  8. The Bible. I need all the peace and direction in these crazy times.
  9. But Obama signing an illegal executive order with 5 little kids is okay? Really? It was sick propaganda. Go ahead bash the NRA and support the fat liberal
  10. I've gone over this scenario in my head time after time after time. Yes, it is a trap ...and yes, the wall is behind us and trap in front of us. Either way it seems hopeless but is it really? As little as 10 years ago all of my friends and people at Church were anti-gun. However, EVERY single one of them has either bought a gun (or multiple) or have an interest going to the range. The government knows this hence the demonization of guns and their owners. Also, first term Obama seemed very “pro gun”, However, the lame duck President is obviously anti-gun. Why would he take this stance? He knew, that he had to appeal to the “ Democrat gun owner” to put him over the top. Has anyone tried to buy ammo or go to the range lately? Has anyone seen the lines at the gun shows? How about LTCF, CCW and FID wait times and number of applications? These are all going through the roof. There are states that are exempting themselves from Federal gun bans. I could go on and on. BTW, do not…do not believe these BS polls you see on CNN, MSNBC and so forth. I look at the shelves at the stores and discussions on the internet. With that being said, I’m still not convinced everything will be okay. Honestly, I believe most people had a very hard time (myself included) realizing our country/politics/government has been infiltrated with Marxists/progressives and freedom hating fascists. These are not the politicians of old…they have an agenda. We know what that is, there is NO MORE denying it. The choice is up to each of us… live freely or live in total fear of government, thugs and being pillaged. The latter scares the living daylights out of me and looking at the shelves at Gun stores, Walmart and Dick’s it seems others are feeling the same. Remember, we are NOT alone. Progressives want to make you feel you’re alone but in reality you’re not. It took only 18% of Americans to preserve and win our freedom. We need to pray for direction and guidance and God will direct us. Now is the time to unite on a common principal… FREEDOM! There’s nothing else that should distract our focus on that one goal…we need to stay united on FREEDOM.
  11. I guess these politicians/Marxists know confiscation will start a civil war so they incrementally disassemble your right to bear arms. This was it will be 7 rounds and people will complain but swallow it. Then another gun related incident will happen and then handguns will be limited and almost impossible to get. Most hunters will say "I still have my guns". Then it will be rifles with limited magazines, then scopes and eventually shotguns. Bye that time the firepower will be gone from the citizen and we'll be disarmed... Stop this nonsense now....
  12. I was at that Tea party...our jaws dropped as she spoke. We all need to sit down with family and trusted friends and make sure we're on the same page because it's gonna' happen. You have two choices: -Comply...live in fear, have your family pillaged and lose everything anyway. -Do not comply....Have a chance not only for a free state and country but a free world.
  13. No!!!!! I hope they DO NOT COMPLY!! It's time that we draw the line in the sand and defending ourselves is a REAL RIGHT. We all agree that murder is wrong and there are laws on the books and a very clear punishment for murder. We also agree that defending ourselves is legal and we have the right to defend ourselves. Are we okay with letting them incrementally disarm us? Giving up little by little? Are we okay with legislators making us into criminals for defending a God given actual right? Enough! The line is drawn and any further retreat is not possible...our backs are pushed up against the wall. Time to PUSH back...this is our country. These are our children and we have a right to defend and protect them from tyranny. These are my items and my property purchased LEGALLY what gives you the right to take them! F-U!!!
  14. Thanks... I'll simply meet my friend at the range and use his guns and buy ammo at the range. Thanks for letting me know... I guess doing as I wanted would have made me a criminal. Unbelievable....
  15. Hello All, hope all is well. I still have 3 months on my membership at a NJ range but I live (moved) in PA. Am I allowed to bring my handgun from PA to the range in NJ then visit a family member thereafter?
  16. Maybe someone needs to show Sweeney and these morons the facts: Last week, RealClearPolitics posted video of WXIX-TV's Ben Swann, a local reporter in Cincinnati, giving the "politically incorrect truth" about the Second Amendment. In his latest his "Reality Check" segment, Swann explained the right to bear arms in a historical context. On Tuesday's broadcast of WXIX-TV's local news, Swann used his segment to fact check the heated debate between gun control activist Piers Morgan and gun rights activist Alex Jones. There is one particular stat that Morgan has been citing for weeks, and it was the center of his argument while debating radio show host Alex Jones on Monday night, according to Swann. Morgan continues to claim that gun deaths have dropped dramatically since they banned guns nearly 15 years ago. SWANN: The U.S., despite being number one in gun ownership, is number 28 in gun homicides, with a rate of 2.97 per 100,000 people. Of course, Piers Morgan isn't calling for the U.S. to be more like El Salvador and Honduras; he's calling for us to be more like Great Britain. So what do the numbers look like there? The U.K. has the second highest overall crime rate in the E.U. The U.K. has the fifth highest robbery rate, the fourth highest burglary rate. But more importantly, the E.U. named Britain as the most violent country in the E.U. In the U.K., there are 2,034 per 100,000 people. That puts it way ahead of even South Africa with a rate of 1,609 per 100,000 people. In the United States, we're not even in the top 10. The U.S. has a violent crime rate of 466 crimes per 100,000 residents. So what this means for you is that while people like Morgan insist that the U.S. can learn from Britain -- well, maybe we can? But we might learn is that violent crime is not the result of a gun or any tool, it is the result of the heart of men and women. And that is Reality Check.
  17. Guys you need to get out. Go into gun shops with printed out flyers. Stand there and hand them out. Send out emails, post on Facebook, email tea party groups and 9/12 groups. Local VA and so forth. Heck, I live in pa and I plan on attending. You wonder why nj is the way it is? Get out....like the tea party did and it freaked out the progressives. Btw if only a 100 show up, I suggest you form a circle and start praying. I'll see you there the 8th because our future and freedom are riding on it. This is 1776 again and if you plan on sitting at home freedom will be gone without a fight. This is the tipping point....
  18. Bingo... that's how twisted the media tarts are...BTW, word is an armed security took him down. Hmmm...maybe a score for the NRA? Nah, the media will say what you posted.
  19. Notice how they put the "face to face meeting with mental health professional" in there three times? Looks like one of them WILL probably be considered...as they are obviously pushing for this. I believe it could be a game changer...it could go something like this: Shrink: "Do you believe in God" You: "Why yes...I do". Shrink: "That's crazy...Denied"
  20. A-3676 Requires psychological evaluation and in-home inspection as prerequisite to purchase firearm.----- This one of the scariest pieces of legislation I've ever read. Yeah, I could see a hardened criminal going to the Police station getting finger printed, having his home inspected and telling the LEO to hurry it up, he's got a bank to rob. Face it folks, we're in 1775 again...we are the threat to the government and we are a threat to their agenda. Stop trying to make sense of who writes these bills; who approves this crap...and stop thinking they are polite, elected officials working for you. The criminal is not the threat to them, they are the vessels in which they achieve their agenda. The tide has turned....it went from being our country and what we say, to being their country and ruling over us. We are the enemy folks and this is no longer our country....time to show up in numbers. Make your presence known on Feb 8th. You better get thousands upon thousands to show up or it will backfire. This is our last stand before the SHTF.
  21. Exactly this ^^^^^^. Also, what good does it do? Criminals still get guns and we are treated like criminals. Meaning, the criminal is treated like the citizen and we are treated like the criminal. For example: Murder is illegal yet it happens hundreds of times per day around the world, should we write more laws about murder? What will that do? Nothing! We already have laws against murder and these laws are severe yet they are ignored, so why are guns the main focus? How about hammers? Knives? Bombs? Baseball bats? 2"x4"'s? Murder is murder, it is wrong...making silly laws and nonsense like this does nothing. The only thing that will resolve it is getting back to moral, values and stop giving everybody everything. Simply look at 1963 and when prayer was taken out of school, it ain't coincidence ..there are real facts there. Or we can continue to blame guns, even though more people had access to guns 60 years ago.
  22. Although I agree with this statement for obvious reasons, will it REALLY stop criminals from getting guns? I look at the founders wording in the 2A after the comma... "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be INFRINGED". Doing these background checks are essentially a registration. The government knows who, when, where, why. If the government changes this law, the criminal will find another way to illegally get guns.My goodness, we have our own government illegally running guns and it ain't just Obama. We need to, as a society, get back to morals, values and take back this country. Parents need to start parenting again. We need to get people back to work and shrink the size of government and this propaganda machine. Let me ask you this, if every (almost) household in the 1800's had a firearm with fewer incidences, then how could this be blamed on guns? It apparently is a culture shift towards secularism. Don't believe me? Do a search on 1963 findings after prayer was pulled out of school. Media desensitizing kids to violence, a culture of anything goes coupled with parents afraid to say "no". At some point all of these formulas come into play and lead to a self absorbed, mindless idiot with a vendetta for attention and urge for revenge. Also, doping up kids on all sorts of medications making them into mindless robots unable to make a distinction between reality and fiction. Gun laws only hurt those that want to protect themselves because the criminal will always find a way to get a gun. BTW, twice as many people are killed with knives and hammers than rifles. Oh, btw, there are already very, very strict laws on murder. How's that working out? It's a societal thing and read into history because more people are killed (by FAR) after firearms are confiscated that when they are not. Try 2.5 million per year over 100 years as opposed to 30-80 killings per year like we witnessed at Sandy Hook.
