I thought ,earlier this year a comittee was formed to study the gun laws in nj. the comm. was given a 18 months to come up with recommendations.. .the study is suppose to look at the laws and their effect on buying ,owning ,preventing illlegal buying and the permit/fid process.... so maybe after they submit a report, things will happen; good or bad.....

I just read a short piece @ infreehold...its says the dmv comm. along with transportation officicals are looking into ending mv inspections in nj by july 1st.....emmissions testing would still be required........they say it will save the state $12 mill.......

about 2 months ago I heard about a town somewhere in jersey that required the applicant to sign a waiver for the pd to get any or all records about the app from the IRS,welfare,unemployment ,the military,credit history, and child support. 2yrs ago my town required a waiver for credit history.....

I dont think the state should be involved in growing this stuff.. if there is a real scientific study that shows a benifit to those who are sick, then register medical users and let them grow 1 plant a month...

remove the part that starts "application for" and insert eligible for parole.....if this is a new hoop to jump through..dammmm they might as well say if you dont make X amount of income u dont get a permit or card or maybe thats next.....

I searched the NJ legislature bills for 2010 and found these; assembly bill A-1384 is now in the senate as S-69 which refers to carry permits; in short; it would revise the current statue and eliminate the justafiable need / superior court process and the denial clause of health,welfare and safety of the community; so any citizen of good character could get one issued from the local PD..and the carry permit fee of $20 good for 5yrs.... S-1584 would mandate the NICS be the exclusive method used to determine if a person qualifies for PP/FID and would change the 30 day issue to 10 days. these's bills do include a 6 hour training course be taken......so there is some hope; not much, but some......

my employer told me awhile back he was paying 300 for me, in the letter he sent me he wants 450 from me to keep it up but the letter was sent 3 days after the due date.....so is he playing with me or what? a lousy 2 min. phone call would have been nice......

hey guys, I was doing $30hr work for $17hr.never got paid for O.T, after dealing with 10 months of sarcasm and inuendoes ... I left my job...I approached the owner with this and he did little to nothing to talk me out of quiting,,,basicaly he said "well I'm dissappointed" thats it.. Today nov. 5th I get a letter (thinking its my pay check) telling me in order to keep my health coverage,that I should send him money plus handling fee. (due date was nov.1st) in the letter it states ;the plan I had was cancelled the 30th of oct. I quit the 29th of oct. this letter is like their last chance to hurl yet another slap at me.. :x is there any reason why I cant just pay the Ins. co. directly? and how long should I wait to inquire about my last pay check..
