  1. CMP? please help out the uneducated please.....
  2. I just watched that movie last night. Little weird the way everyone spoke in the film.
  3. I would go Sig 220. Reliability is great and the gun is awesome.
  4. I bought some ammo on a ftf deal with MagicMan. He was a decent guy. I saw somebody accused him of screwing them on THR.....
  5. Welcome from New Egypt. ShootNJ.com has some classes that offer the NRA classes. A couple of members have taken the course and liked it.
  6. That is what happens every year in my town. What I don't understand is why they need freshman sports, JV and Varisty. I looked at what they spend and I see so much waste, yet the teachers actually fill the kids minds with crap. We had a teacher tell the kids that there was no soap in a art class because the budget didn't pass. NJ educators are out of their minds.
  7. I planned on coming but had to do some remote work, so I stayed home.
  8. I am blessed to have a great wife and a MIL that is great as well. So teaching her to shoot was fun. I also just found out we were shooting the 92fs in stainless. That trigger was great. My wife is now jonesing for a HK P30 or P30L. I am looking around now at them. She says it fits her hand well and it fits mine hand well also. I think I may need to get one also.
  9. My wife hasn't been to the range lately and wanted to go. She brings this up to my mother in law (over for the weekend) and we all deside to go to the range. We rented a SS Berretta 9mm from Shore Shot and it was nice. The trigger was very smooth. My wife needs help shooting, as she is all over the place, but my MIL was actually really good, especially that it was her first time shooting a handgun. I was very impressed with the gun, very smmoth trigger and no recoil really. I enjoyed the family being there. Now she's looking into ranges on Long Island to shoot...
  10. Looks great. Congrats. I wanted to make the show but didn't as my wife and mother in law wanted to go to the range.
  11. So Tony, How was the class? I should have gone. Instead I went to AC with my wife and Mother in Law and took a hit for the price of a nice Sig.

Guys, I want to join. CJ is the closest range to my house and only 10 minutes away. o it makes sense. I am just concerned that shelling out $400 for the intro fee, then another $250 for my dues, to only then get fee'd again for these projects. I have been seriously considering this place since Wolfy told me about them in Jan/ Feb. Sounds like a great place. Maybe I will have to tag along with somebody to get the feel of the range and go from there.

I was actually looking to join but now I am a little concerned with all the issues going on. I think I will wait and see what happens.
  14. You can go with a Sig custom 22 and it's pretty easy to disassemble.
  15. Regulator72 shoots .45 in his KImber, Might be a good source to ask.
  16. Best price I have seen has been about $20 a box of 50.
  17. Just terrible news. If we were able to ccw, that might not have been the outcome. We might have been celebrating the loss of a low life scum bag that got shot for trying to car jack an innocent citizen.
  18. I will be doing rifle eventually, just not right now. Also, I don't own any rifles but I am positive that will change. I plan on loading: pistol: 9mm .357 sig .40 .45 Rifle: .223 .308 What I am getting at is, I'd rather spend the money once and not buy something I won't use and then have to upgrade. I like the idea of progressive. Is there a possibilty that somebody is loading soon, that I can come check out the process?
  19. 9mm, .40, .45 to begin with.
  20. Speed is a concern. Would like to do both rifle and pistol, but pistol would be my main calibers to reload. My budget is open at this time. Been spending too much on ammo, so...
  21. Maksim, What is the best? Is Lee better or Dillion? I am looking for a quality set up. Doesn't need to be to of the line but I want to make sure I buy stuff that is gonna last.
