  1. I was responding to @Ray Ray post, that's why I quoted it. I was not telling someone that my gun was better than theirs. I was pointing out that semi autos .22lr CAN run reliably contrary to the post I quoted. How is your post helping the OP?
  2. My 1940s Walther PP will eat any .22lr ammo. It will even reliably cycle subsonic ammo.
  3. I completely agree, surprisingly I have no problem with people eating dog, cat or any other animals. As long as the animals are raised, transported and slaughtered in a sanitary, humane and quick painless way I have zero issue with it. But the conditions those animals in the video endured is sickening and stuff like that goes on all over the world every day.
  4. They are pretty active up here this time of year, mating season is just about to start.
  5. Yeah my dachshund definatly thinks and acts like hes a guard dog, he charged a fisher cat last night, it turned and went after him. The vizsla came in for the save and treed the fisher cat. Luger is lucky hes got backup. 20171023_080323.mp4
  6. Sounds like each breeds intelligence of lack thereof is showing. The mail thing is definitely from the sheltie and the butt licking is the corgis fault.
  7. Something very satisfying about watching a dog successfully do what it's been breed to do for hundreds of years
  8. Welcome to owning firearms in NJ! Best way to navigate the NJ firearms laws is to move to a free state. For pistols pretty much everything is legal as long as the mag is inside the grip or it's a revolver. For semi auto If the mag is outside the grip then the pistol must weigh less than 50oz. No barrel shrouds. Also no forward grip on any handgun (federal law)
  9. Im pretty sure its not legal. Its 126oz with the mag, I cant image the weight of the unloaded mag is more that half the weight of the gun.
  10. You said your in favor of taking ones rights away by putting them in jail so I guess the same reason as you. I'll ask again what type of crime do you think someone should lose their 2A rights for committing? Do you think convicted murders and rapists should retain their 2A rights?
  11. Not a renewal but this past summer I left my wallet on my fender and drove away, came back and thought I found everything. About a week later I get a call from the Utah CCW permit office and someone found my Utah permit and mailed it back to Utah. I told them I had moved and forgot to update my address. So she mailed my permit back to me with the paperwork to change my address. She even commented that I was smart for moving out of NJ lol
  12. No, currently a person who is convicted in NJ of animal cruelty can not legally own another animal in NJ. Unfortunately in my experiance though it is plead down and sometimes is even allowed to get back their pet. Thanks to the NJSPCA thankfully they are gone now, hopefully it's not as common anymore. Why the 2A? because historically convicted criminals lose their 2A rights. As I've said several times most of the violations in 4:22 will already result in a.loss of 2A rights because they are already crimes. Voting, yes they can still vote. Writing, now your just being silly
  13. No it's because I've had actual experience with people who commit cruelty to animals. The only legitimate concern brought up here is the lawmaker introduced a law that would prohibit a person convicted of certain disorderly person offence from owning a firearm instead of making all NJ4:22 violations inditable offences. Every other concern members here have brought up is already covered in NJ4:22
  14. Accually it should read "dont forget the farmers spreading politicians"
  15. I think he can drop the Betty and just make it crockpot
  16. Can you elaborate? As far as I know people in jail or prison are not allowed to have guns and they are subject to warrantless serches so I dont think inmates have 2A or 4A
  17. So where's your line in the sand? When do you think someone should loose their 2A rights?
  18. There's a first time for everything
  19. Not really, the definitions and qualifications are all spelled out so there is not much left for a judge to interpret and the majority of all animal cruelty is not a disorderly persons offence(misdemeanor) they are inditable criminal charges(felony) so currently most people found guilty of animal cruelty are prohibited from owning firearms.
