Maks, Seriously, that SV might be meant for you to shoot with as how many SV do you see up for sale and from the way it sounds, you got a good deal on it. Sorry I couldn't put up an offer on that gun. I had to re-finish the basement again from the storms of this year and just could not afford spending more on toys. On a separate note, do you know who can do a trigger job for our guns in our area? Do you think EGW does work on Tanfos? Maybe we should give them a call and I'll pick you up to go to their shop. Maybe we can even turn our tanfo's black and silver like the custom 2. Ryan -

I voted for Strader. Why, is there a tie or something? Ryan -
The bladetech with teklok can make things easier so if price is the same, get the tek lok. You can just lock it in place while holding the belt instead of looping it in. In regards to the mag pouch, it's really a personal option but if you decide to try another division like Limited or Limited 10 with your M&P 40, then I would suggest you get the single mag pouches to give you more flexibility in positioning them around a belt. Ryan

When I first started shooting, a lot of the veteran shooters told me to use Bladetech. I bought it and never looked back. Just my .2 cents. Ryan

Loved the Acadia but the gas mileage was not as promised. As other owners stated online, make sure they fixed the sunroof problem. Make sure you test drive it. From moving try to overtake. See how long the transmission takes to downshift. Ryan

As others have suggested to me, a polymer gun in .40 S&W like a Glock 22/35 & M&P 40 will let you shoot more division than others. You can use it for production, Limited, Limited 10. Just thought I'd share with you as well. I had friends who helped me load a .40 in minor and man, kicks less than a 9mm factory ammo. Ryan

Watch these videos below that our veteran shooter Ronhonda has shared from YouTube: http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?/topic/18511-new-to-uspsa/ Get a holster, at least 5 mags, mag pouches and ammo. Come to the match and everyone will assist you. My first USPSA match was last September and the guys here in the forum and at the matches were nothing but great in helping a new shooter out. So come and let's all have fun. Next match is on Saturday at Shongum. Here's the link for more info: http://www.shongum.org/activities/uspsa.html Ryan

I'm pretty sure that is correct. No single action in production. Limited and Limited 10

I'm interested

Sorry if this is a stupid question but wouldn't a EGW Undersize Die fix that bulge?
-
Maks, I'm in for 5K of small pistol primers as well. Ryan
-
I know I didn't do to well but I think some people in my squad did very well. We'll see when the results are up.
-
Maks, I'm in for a shirt as well. Sorry didn't get to squad with you guys as we had friends from ny/ ct over and from the way it looks, we would have been separated anyway. It's still nice to meet everyone. Ryan
-
Yeah my buddy that helped me load my ammo made that for the steel match. We weren't so sure it would go minor but I didn't want to waste it. Missed major by like .3 grains. Ill try to make shongum in two weeks so if you guys decide to squad together and I can make, I'm in!

Formula for reloading 40S&W minor/major power factor?
Ryan626 replied to msg73's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
Mike, I have been getting my data through friends and the guys at Brian Enos website. Here is a direct link: http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showforum=4 They even post the type of bullets used and in what type of gun. I wanted to start reloading myself but a couple of friends have been doing it for me for now until I get enough information so I don't have a recipe to provide you directly. Ryan -
Good time at the CR 2x4 event!

Ron, did somebody beat your time with Will? That was fast at 10.36 if I remember correctly. Ryan
