I started millig the grates and it didn't work out so well so yes I ended up water jetting them.

I thought it was 450 ft and a proper backstop but I could be wrong.

Built this one last year. All 304 SS on the outside with a carbon steel firebox inside. The grates are 304 SS also

My buddy got his in less then 30 days from Howell. In fact their paperwork they send to references is the simplest form i have ever seen. Im really surprised about that. He just went in for more pistol permits last week and i already received his reference letter.

Buddy just got his and so did his mom, 25 days.

I know garage doors. My dad has owns his own company and I've put up my fair share of doors. My advice, torsion springs can be very very dangerous. The Wayne dalton system is meant to be more "user friendly/DIY" but a standard system as far as I remember will not fit over with out heavy modification.

thanks for the heads up its my first one and its been black spray canned it looks like. Its very tall also so a buddy of mine said that its fairly older. I know it doesnt resemble any of the more compact versions on the market today.

i just installed one for a buddy and we both loved it when he too kit out but it is extremely loud if your next to it.
