  1. 4 pallets of ammo cans at a starting bid of $150.. ohhh the possibilities. Too bad it wasnt closer.. my truck and trailer would be there pronto! Anyone reloading 7.62? http://www.govliquidation.com/auction/view?id=5126706&convertTo=USD
  2. http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php?/topic/25465-wrong-shtf-rifle-and-wrong-caliber/page__hl__%2Btaped+%2Bmags__fromsearch__1 Damn.. I figured this gem woulda made it on here before... funny thing I found this thread searching for something completely different.
  3. I know a 226 at SS was tagged at $930 which was wwaayyy pricier then what I found online. I understand most folk would like hold the physical product they are buying. If you have held a 226 before you know what it feels like... New in box is just that. The same way you'd buy it out of the glass case. That said I got my 226 Two tone online for $670.. add a $45 FFL w/nics and you got yourself a MUCH better deal after $930+taxes. Im not trying to bash local retailers because they have to make a buck, but there are cheaper options out there.
  4. +1 to that.. lol vics were always good for their headlight characteristics... with the new patrol cars and because you live in NJ you wont be able tell if the DB tailgating you is a cop or not.
  5. Very nice video.. I like how easy it breaks down the process.
  6. http://www.everydaynodaysoff.com/2009/12/30/pros-and-cons-of-possible-shtf-rifle-choices/ Dont know if this has ever been posted before, but I stumbled across this yesterday and got to good laugh the whole way through. Enjoy.

  10. got the same carbon copy reply from him as well. I dont agree with inaction reloader.. The people would have noone to blame but themselves without voicing their beliefs.
  11. I agree with the statement if you dont play by their rules, go somewhere else. With seeing this I certainly would go somewhere else. I understand they have their rules to cover their asses in regards to their insurance co. and to limit liability and such, and no one can win an argument over being "too safe" so i will enter my opinion knowing full well I cannot win the argument in a perfect world where cars dont get into accidents, and people are always alerted by working smoke detectors. You would think to even flag a gun in either fashion would be safe enough to put down in a range setting. In requiring this you are taking away part of ability to practice safe handling of a firearm, The saying train as you play comes to mind where of you are going to practice (shooting range for i.e.). Again.. this is a losing argument because arguing to be less safe never works in any environment. And you would have every right to pick up your toys and go elsewhere. I think your method was safe and disabled the firearm from any N.D's and would if their policy bothers you I would consider a range a little less stringent.
  12. not being a .22 shooter i was so happy for lead until i read the subsequent posts...
  13. Why ur camera no work gud?
  14. Just like I 1911.. i believe if a manufacturer or type of weapon holds that much clout you should own one in your lifetime.. with that, guns like glocks, 1911, beretta, ar-15, ak variant, revolver type, are all guns i feel I should own at some point in my life. again this is all based on personal perception, but the noteworthy guns that have a captivated audience and are renown for their popularity are worth the buy.
