I just tracked mine again and it's been updated as departed parsippany at 3/4 11:20pm (right after I called).

Did you try that 800 number?

I just called the corp customer support and they told me that my package was scanned today around 2pm and will be out for delivery tomorrow. Im not sure why its not updated on my tracking number but if I don't receive it tomorrow I'll call back again. Va, maybe try calling(800) 742-5877

When does your tracking say it was last there? Mine was on 3/2 at 3:06pm for arrival scan.

Wow I have 250 rounds of 45 coming from cabelas, yesterday the tracking said it will be at my house today. When I got home nothing was here, I checked again and it's been in parsippany since Saturday and now says it will be delivered tomorrow. Coincidence?

The bullet is pushed in, case length is the same. It's a little more then the rim thickness shorter.

I just opened a box of American Eagle 230 fmj and noticed a round that is much shorter then the rest. Anyone ever notice this before and what am I suppose to do with it? Is it safe to shoot?

I have one in 9mm and its a great gun. I picked 9mm just cause of the cost to practice.

Sounds to me that the extractor is a little to tight. Do a search on 1911 extractor tuning and you might find your answer. I'm far from an expert but that's where I would look first since its an easy fix.

That's my next step. Does a real gun belt make a noticeable difference?

Are you by any chance the Bob from Rutherford that just bought my lower from njhunter?

I just went through the same thing and after letting my wife handle a number of guns she settled in a 2.5" 686. Having never shot before I got her a 2 hour lesson on safety and shooting and she did great. At 10 yards she had no problems at all shooting 38sp keeping all shots on target. I think the extra weight of the 686 really helps absorb recoil.
