  1. Thanks T bill... and yes your right diffrent choices in load data and performance... I can run supers and subs in my blackout now so when i move to a free state i can just twist on a suppressor if i want.... and have you seen the faces on people at the range when a blackout round slams into a steel plate???? Try it you will like it ....lol
  2. Cool let me know how you made out. My 308 project is on hold for now.... funds going towards gearing up my reloading equipment. Need to feed that Blackout lol........ Remington fodder is still pricy at least here in central nj. Thats if they have it... wasnt too impressed with the stuff I got from Ozark Ordance. It wasnt bad just had a few failures to eject... before that I broke the rifle in with the 100 rou ds of the Remington and not one problem......
  3. Wow seems like is a Dillon or Hornady..... would the Dillon 650 xl be the equivient to the Hornady LnL? Thanks all for your great input I agree about the Lee I had tbe pro 1000 and it was a little tempermental but once it was dialed in it pumped out some great rounds albet only 9mm and 45 acp no rifle.... found the LnL for under 400.00 at Midsouth reloading supply but their out of stock.... anyone deal with them? I contacted Garden State in Warren said they could order one. I will call them tomorrow to see if they have H110 everyone else seems to be out of stock with no availble time of restocking... anyone deal with the guy up in Easton PA. Iam not sure of the name but he runs the shop out of a garage next to his house....u
  4. Hello all Iam gearing up to load 300 BLK. I ve just got done processing about 1000 rounds of brass. So now iam set to reload... In the market for a new progressive press Iam stuck between a Hornady Lock and Load AP and a Lee Loadmaster.... Ive always had good luck with me Lee stuff but I lime the fact that I can upgrade the Hornady with a case feeder ad bullet feeder when I choose. Plus the Hornady looms a little beefer for loading rifle ammo.... any one give me pros and cons? You guys loading for the Blackout using one of these presses let me know what you like and are you happy with your choice... also where can i get some Hogdon H110..... thanks...

  8. Oh and now I can make bird houses for the wife....lol
  9. Went the bandsaw route with a wooden jig. Can trim a dozen cases at a time and with a sharp blade not much deburing needed before sizing.
  10. If money isnt a problem than the answer is Geissele. But Ive been useing the ALG/ACT with tbe JP yellow springs and I get an awesome trigger. Smooth chrisp and light and no light hammer strikes.
  11. Hey Checko I just got my first BCM Mod 3. It has the more steeper angle, beavertail grip and the tab on the bottom that covers the gap between the triggerguard and handgrip. I really like it. It seems to be as wide as the Magpul MOE+. The plastic has very positive grip texture and fits nice and slip free.installs easy. If you want to check it out. Let me know...
  12. Cool thats what i was looking for.....
  13. You can keep it at my house so the wife dosent find it.....
  14. Heavypop.... man ive seen that but around 400 bucks? Really nice piece of equipment but at this point in the game I just need to get up and running.... someday I might upgrade though...
  15. Tbill just ramping up to start reloading figured id get the cases converted first. I bougbt the bandsaw and going to make the jig so I can do a dozen at a time. Ordered the worlds best trimmer and a lee die set along with a single stage challenger press. Oh yeah and a lyman pro magnum tumbler. After i get rolling iam thinking of the lee load master progressive press. I had a lee pro 1000 in the past and it worked awesome for handgun ammo.... am i missing anything....
  16. I thought about making that wooden jig so i could cut down a dozen or so at once but i dont have a band saw.or a tablesaw... I guess i could rig my sawzaw in a vise and try that but i do kinda like my fingers...lol...thanks T bill I did contact Harbor freight and they said i might e able to order one on their web site

  21. Hello all. I need some help a good friend of mine is looking to throw a bachelor party an he would like to have it at a range. It would be for around 15 guys. We would be intrested in doing some shooting with steel reactive targets along with some paper punching. A small tactical set up would also be awesome. Not all the guys own guns so the renting of guns and ammo would also be needed.also looking for a place that we could do a bbq afterwards. Location isnt a really big factor. But within an hour or so of central NJ... any infomation on this would be greatly welcome... thanks
