An email I received from AIM Surplus on Apr 14 after questioning the policy: "We are not shipping lowers into New Jersey at the current time. Happy birthday man! I agree with checko, ditch the carry handle and go with some magpul buis. They're relatively cheap and for polymer sights, they are pretty solid. Unless of course you really like the look of a carry handle.

While not essential, the CAT M4 tool is the best money I've ever spent. Cleans bolt and carrier quickly and better than I can with a brush.
