This market volatility is a trader's dream. Very easy to make money right now. Opponents are far less sophisticated than in more mature markets. Don't forget to take some profits now and then, especially if you are buying and selling from one coin to another. You are going to owe tax on those transactions.
  2. I've had my 320c w/manual safety for about a year. Trigger was upgraded, process was fairly smooth. Can't say the new trigger is any better or worse than before. Still trying to dial this thing in. Prior to purchasing I shot a rental and had no problem shooting quarter sized groups with it. I wish I could shoot the one I wound up purchasing like that. Last time out my groups with my 9mm shield w/short magazine put my 320c groups to shame. Should be the other way around given my hand size. Had to replace the front sight with a #6 because POI with too high on the installed #8. Contacted sig support about this and they told me to go fly a kite and purchase the Sig #6 front sight from their store. I did and installed it which fixed my elevation issues. Still need to drift it back out and file it down a little bit because it's not sitting perfectly flat. Remaining problem is that I am shooting a bit to the right. Inspection would indicate the rear sight is not on center. I'm almost there...
  3. Keep going! Your fingers will get used to it after a while. Get the 1.0 sooner than later. Once you start practicing with the 1.0, even if you can't close it all the way at first, you'll likely make more progress towards closing the 1.0 by practicing with the 1.0 than going bananas on the .5. I started on the T and moved to the 1.0 from there. Hold onto that .5 even after it gets "easy", you'll still need it to warm up.

I don't think so, just name and email. The account is funded by transferring BTC.

I have used https://www.bitmex.com for both short and long positions. You need to use a VPN that puts you outside the US to sign up, but once the account is established you can log in, deposit, and withdraw without worry. Need to buy BTC elsewhere to deposit. It's a pretty good platform and you can leverage to the gills. Catch a move at the right time and you're rolling in it. Or you can get wiped out. Works both ways

The technicals/chart patterns/tea leaves mean just as much in this market as any other. Signals mean nothing, it's how one plays their cards. It's still a market. Trade accordingly. What is going on right now is healthy, at least in the short term. We only have to go back a couple of months to see prices 40% lower than where they are today. Parabolic moves do not continue uninterrupted. We will very likely see new highs. Anyone's guess how much lower it goes and for how long before that happens. I still believe majority of cryptos in current form are going to 0, but I don't think this is the move where it happens. New highs to come. BTC may no longer be the dominant market player that it once was.
  7. I closed on a property in Mount Pocono recently. The neighbors seem great so far. Lots of people shooting in their yards, hunting, etc. There is no HOA and these folks seem like they've lived there for a while. House is located on a dirt road easement. It was difficult to find something not part of a HOA. I am unsure of how will I renew my Bayonne parking permit with a PA license and registration. I own a home in Bayonne and plan on keeping it also due to family and work obligations despite spending more time in PA. The block I live on recently went to resident only parking and even with proper NJ documents it wasn't an easy process. They wouldn't accept my vehicle registration because the corner of the paper had a tear in it, which meant a trip to the DMV, then back to City Hall. I wonder why I don't have these problems when it comes to paying my property taxes.

I think we may be seeing a churn from BTC into other coins like ETH and XRP. BTC is defending its market cap.

Hi Barms, The bitcoin experience does not involve regulation at present, but what is preventing that from changing in the future? I do not see how bitcoin can be directly regulated due its decentralized design. Although not the case now, it is possible that in the future the financial entities that provide an efficient flow of capital to and from the cyrpto market will be subject to specific bitcoin/crypto regulation. Coinbase, for example, is headquartered in San Francisco. They have to abide by local, state and federal regulations. Not directly related, but Coinbase made news for being ordered to fork over Individual's account data to the IRS: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/bitcoin-coinbase-ordered-to-hand-over-customer-data-to-irs/

The value that Bitcoin provides, and crypto + blockchain in general, is that there is a transparent ledger. You can reliably transfer large and small sums of money anywhere in the world with speed and ease. This problem has existed for as long as there has been finance. Ever perform a bank wire? Not the most secure way of moving money around. Not exactly fast either. The infrastructure is being built right now. In a couple more years we will have businesses being built on this technology. Existing businesses will also adapt and improve their services. Long(er)-term, governments and banks regulate the market and provide their own proprietary form of blockchain technology. Bitcoin and other de-centralized crytpo currencies will have laws that make their use either extremely inconvenient or outright illegal. Are we in a mania right now? Bubble territory? Quite possibly. I think it is far more likely that bitcoin continues to increase in value from here, significantly, before we see any type of bubble popping.
  11. I have not purchased a Dell in a while, but I've owned several over the years and build quality was never their strong point. They fell apart after a couple of years of use. I didn't mind at the time because I was buying a new one often, but if I wanted something to last I wouldn't consider one. Have you looked into chromebooks? I have a $150 chromebook which is one of the best portable machines I've owned as far as usability, only thing better is a much more expensive mac. Chromebook is the name for laptops that run Google Chrome OS. The one I have is manufactured by Lenovo. A chromebook requires a google account and uses their services for things like spreadsheets, word processing, large file storage, etc. It's not meant for high intensity CPU activities like games or media editing, but handles internet browsing and media consumption like a champ. If you want something that will run Windows I will second the Lenovo comment. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad from 2009 that is still trucking along. Built like a tank.
  12. Love the kettles too. Once I picked up a 26" it has become my main workhorse. I would recommend the 26" size for smoking. I do some great ribs on it. Pork shoulder too. Brisket... that one is tough (no pun intended) on a kettle. The 22" kettle just isn't large enough, IMO. I started smoking on a 22" kettle. One thing to note, temperature control is a lot more labor intensive and temperamental on the kettle than with a WSM. A WSM is mostly set and forget, but a kettle will require regularly maintenance throughout the cook. If I could only have one bbq/grill it would be the 26" kettle because it is the most versatile. The WSM is not a good grill, but it's a much better (purpose built) smoker. Here are some pics of kettle and WSMs over the years
  13. I'm a big fan of the Weber Smokey Mountain. I have several in 18" and one 22". The 18 is a good size for most. There is an excellent website dedicated to methods and recipes: http://virtualweberbullet.com I have competed in KCBS sanctioned matches with nothing but WSMs and have placed multiple times. Look up the "minion method" for an easy way to smoke something over a long period of time. Once you lock in the temperature you are good to go and leave it unattended, for the most part. If you're willing to spend a little more (above $500) you're into Green Egg and/or Pellet smoker territory. I have a friend with a Rec Tec who really likes it and produces some amazing stuff on it.
  14. Just switched to Project Fi. Requires a Nexus phone (google phone , pure android). Picked up a new Pixel XL on ebay for $400. $30/month for 1G, each additional G is $10. Networks are T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular. Switched from Verizon and very happy with the results. I've yet to find an area where T-Mobile doesn't have a better signal than I had with Verizon, which is not what I was expecting at all. If anyone is interested in a referral code we will both get $20 credit.
  15. Captains of Crush put out some excellent products. I have the T through 3.0. When I started I had trouble closing the T. The knurling was also killer on my hands, but now it doesn't bother me. Just had to get used to it. On a good day I can close the 2.5 with my right hand. I can rep the 2.0 in both hands. Still a ways away from the 3, but I'll get there and I plan on getting certified for it when I do. I noticed an improvement with my shooting after I started training grip, particularly weak hand shooting. I also like fat gripz for barbell and dumbbells http://www.fatgripz.com
