  1. The first part of the answer is “start” with the lawyers. It’s those greedy pigs that generate the suits. Eliminate settlements. Often right and wrong have nothing to do with justice. It’s all who will settle for what amount from the insurance companies. Constitution? Well lawyers aren’t taught the law in law school. They are taught how to beat the law. Using legal weasel words and twisted concepts they use the constitution as a tool to manipulate into whatever they need it to be at the moment. Lawyers are hired by politicians to write the laws for them to pass. Good or bad the politicians vote the laws in. If the laws are bad who gets hired to defend or condemn them? The lawyers. Who presides over the arguments? Judges who are also lawyers. Imagine if we threw out the hair splitting terminology and dismissed the “hot coffee” like cases on a regular basis. Where would we be? Would we be in a place where we would have to look before we leap? Actually be responsible to look both ways before you cross the street? Or even a little responsible for your own actions? Oh heaven forbid. Then half the lawyers would be pumping gas for a living. The people ordering these cops and the cops doing it are backed by either tax paid or union paid lawyers. From the Governor’s seat to the patrol car seat they are comfortable doing these things because the lawyers will fight it out and they have no consequences. The lawyers have that covered too.
  2. The first line prohibits “anonymous” internet sales. What’s “anonymous” about the sales?
  3. Well the stupid part there is that these are all questions one would normally have asked before applying.
  4. It was definitely on Beaver Puss’s verbal hit list. Stock up.
  5. I firmly believe that some of these questions are deliberately posed to draw out and expose those who would post stupid things about us and our stuff. Much like they do with kids and pervs.
  6. Is there such a thing as an illegally retarded person? Is there a list of NJ legal levels of retardation?
  7. I would choose the FFL route over death. But that's just me.
  8. I heard on the radio this morning that he started a tast Force for transsexual equality (who’s paying their salaries I don’t know) but combined this with the face of his cabinet and the whole sanctuary state thing and he’s creating an army of minority voters. Combine the LBGQs with the gun haters and other minorities and then throw in the Dems and he’s got quite a voter group going for him. It’s getting more and more obvious his decisions are based on that.
  9. Actually looking over my paperwork They did ask my employer but they never contacted them.
  10. I deal with NJSP. Two different barracks and never had the employer thing. I know that some Chiefs do that but I'm not sure they can do that legally. But trying to stop them will only get your chain yanked. I'm under them impression that sometime last year they got a letter from the AG telling them to stop. Could be wrong about the letter though.
  11. Link to reference letter: https://npd.newarkpublicsafety.org/assets/docs/forms/firearms/firsttimeapp/firearms_reference_letter_201607.pdf. BTW I use the same references every time.
  12. I might consider putting up 50g’s for a full board membership and full voting rights with housing on campus to be the in-house superintendent for maintenance.
  13. On the NJSP site for FAQs ( http://www.njsp.org/firearms/firearms-faqs.shtml ) question #6 reads: How do you transport firearms? Firearms shall be carried unloaded and contained in a closed and fastened case, gunbox, securely tied package, or locked in the trunk of the automobile in which it is being transported. Ammunition must be transported in a separate container and locked in the trunk of the automobile in which it is being transported. If the vehicle does not have a compartment separate from the passenger compartment, the firearm must be in a locked container other than the vehicle's glove compartment or console. So, as usual, they're talking out of all three sides of their mouth. I'll lock'em up in a job box.
  14. What’s the word on the legal way to transport without a trunk? Pickup, SUV, Hatchback, etc.
  15. I don’t think fee rates are too combatable. Look at just motor vehicle registration and fines are for example.
  16. I wonder how the Fudds feel now. These fees, f2f sale stoppage and stopping internet ammo sales (proposed) now effect the owners of Grandpa’s shotgun.
  17. The idiot could apply it to buy back programs. Idiotic stuff like that will make it seem justifiable.
  18. I wouldn't be so sure about that. They're not exempt from a lot now. And he's a greedy pig sucking every penny he can. Don't forget he feels Nj residents don't care how much they pay in fees and taxes as long as we get more. What "more" is only he knows.
  19. Unfortunately true. I don't believe a challenge will even do it. A fee is a fee. I wonder if this will be all inclusive. No more extta fees for prints and NICS. Ha! I crack myself up sometimes. I'd bet if it went to numbers like that they'd loosen things up just to get the money for socialist programs.
  20. Everything was moving where communities were banning these completely for their own protection for their environment. But the Gov. Beaver Puss and his crew in the Beaver Den saw the chance to rape 4 cents of the 5 cent fee. The merchant gets to keep 1 cent. They really don't think we care about expenses! https://www.northjersey.com/story/news/new-jersey/2018/06/21/nj-lawmakers-push-impose-5-cent-fee-both-paper-and-plastic-bags/717437002/ Next I'll bet they'll regulate the bags to reap the fines. Five product capacity, no folding bags, a list of acceptable bags allowed, no concealed bags (must buy theirs), no bags from PA, etc. Scotty! I'm begging you! Beam me the fuck up!!
  21. Quite true. But they throw as much mud as they can. Whatever sticks....
