I couldn't find the date when this case is coming up,  anyone know?

I have no idea why, but it looks like the case was dismissed on the 15th:

However, this one is still live, and looks promising:

The plaintiffs on 12/8 ask for a status meeting in January, partly because

... counsel understand that New Jersey’s legislature is currently considering
legislation that could impact the restrictions on Mr. Francisco’s license ...

I'm hoping that this means they'll include the new carry-killer law (when enacted) in the lawsuit.

The Francisco case is still pending. Yes. This information about Kendrick is new to me though and I appreciate you bringing that up. I'll do some digging to see what's what with that.
