What Is Next on Docket as of August 2023?

Things have seemed very quiet lately on the NJ post-Bruen front. Judge  Bumb enjoined much of the NJ Anti-Carry bill, then Platkin (et al) got some of those injunctions temporarily overturned on appeal. A good bit of time has now passed, and nothing has been resolved with any degree of permanence. I have heard little or nothing specific in terms of court dates or strategy recently. Anyone here have any verifiable information about this?

The PI was not overturned. It is subject to a stay pending appeal. I know NJ has submitted their brief for the appeal, but I don't think I have seen our side's response yet. The 3rd circuit is scheduled to hear the appeal in October.
