anybody have any dealings or feedback ? - hit black ice on rte # 78 last sunday , spun out , hit guard rail , wife bumped her head - had to wait almost 3 hours for police + ambulance - now 21st century has offered me $7,000.00 for my wifes car that has a retail value of between $8,500.00 + $9,200.00 depending based on four different price guides - this + the fact that the adjuster called the day that it was reported wanting to know if my wife intended to sue - is this normal for an insurance co. in n.j. ? -
