I could be wrong, but I believe Wolf & Tula are made in the same factory (Tula) and the Bears are made at the Barnaul factory. Unless you meant that it's all similar quality ammo.. in which case yes

no no. wolf doesnt make ammo. wolf ammo is Tula ammo in a wolf box.
