TD Bank now charging for non TD ATM's

I used to be addicted to ATM's, grabbing $40 here and there as I need it. Now I try to out a few hundred, and keep it in my gun safe (so I don't spend it), then take out 40 at a time as needed to keep in the wallet.

 

My other strategy is to use my amex charge card as much as possible to negate the need for cash. I have to pay it at the end of the month, so it really disciplines me from going overboard. Amex now has a Zinc card, which is just like the Green card but with less "perks" unless you purchase packages. Otherwise the base annual fee is only $25.

Join a credit union. My credit union allows me so may different choices in where I can take money out. Who can't find a WAWA, QuickCheck, CVS (and the list goes on). Even the car loan rates are way better then any major bank I have ever used. Like everyone said TD was good when it was Commerce but now it's gone down hill.
