OK. I need to make a correction to what I said previously.

 

This in no way excuses Leroy Stout's words and actions!

 

I was in error as to the exact date I was eligible to purchase another hand gun. Mr. Stout should have known the previous date and held up the transfer for that reason. Not, because he wanted to wait a couple of days "to be sure".

Had Mr. Stout said, "You can't purchase now, you idjit, it hasn't been thirty days yet."

I would have seen my error and said "Oops, sorry I'll see you in a few days then".I would have been embarrassed and waited longer.

 

He is still not worthy of a recommendation.
