KNockdown Steel w/ Carbine Rimfire ?

Recommended Posts

.22 will take down most of the plates. The full size poppers are tough, but can be done if you shoot well enough to put your hits on the very top edge, or do quick double taps high on the popper. The shoot tomorrow is part of a 2 day match, pre-registration was required.

Having set up WCS's rimfire steel side match for several years. 22 won't take down jack if they aren't set properly. (ok, maybe the really teeny knockdown steel that doesn't get dragged out for much is hard to set too ehavy unless it has something wrong with it.)

So unless someone is keeping certain folks away from setting some plates heavy for reasons that don't really make any sense, you might have issues even double tapping it.
