HK - MR566A1 - Jersey Legal Conversion

Hey guys - I am looking into savings some money to purchase the HK MR556A1...my only problem is that it looks like it is not "Jersey legal" in its original configuration. Can I have a dealer PIN the retractable stock and solder on the compensator? and obviuosly give it to me with a 10 round magazine. Also, the manual describes the compensator as a bird cage style flash hider..so it's very confusing.
