FMK model 9C1 pistol?

My buddy sent me an email asking my opinion of this gun, but I've never heard of it.

 

Does anyone own one, or have any experiences with it?

I looked into that gun as I love the look and its a great conversation piece plus its really inexpensive. My searches came back with a couple good reviews. If I didnt buy a xdm from someone on here, I woulda bought it. I might still get it just to look at.

Looks like a Glock mated with a Walther P99...I haven't seen one in person in any of the shops I frequent though. Seems like a small time operation so, I'd be concerned about parts availability and longevity.

 

IMHO, you're better off with one of the better established plastic fantastics. I don't see what this gun features that glock/s&w/walther already don't offer in a striker fired, plastic gun.
