ATI Folding stock with red dot?

I am trying to piece together a new shotgun setup for a hd maverick 88. I really like the versitility of the ATI folding stock; however I would also like to put a red dot on the gun. Does anyone know if i added a rail with a slim red dot if the stock would forseeably clear it when folded (of course i know i would have to forgo the shell holder)?
