While browsing another gun forum I came across a few pics of rifles that some guys did for their wives/daughters. There were also pics of ladies who did their own rifles (mostly AR's) so I wanted to see what you Jersey girls have... Did you girlie it up all pink and hello kitty or is it all tactical and blacked out?! (2 reasons for this post, 1 to see what you ladies have done or guys have done for your ladies, and two... so my wife can see the "cute" options for a rifle when we get her one)

 

What she is currently in love with (S&W M&P 15 .22lr):

This is my S&W M&P 15-22.... I spent * a lot* on it and *a lot * of time and effort.. money and TLC. I show you this because while it is not pink per se, it is extremely customizable and it is also of course an amazing little weapon and absolutely suited for a wife or young lady daughter. Extremely easy to shoot/fun and easy to learn, light weight ( you almost HAVE to customize it because it's so light it needs some ballast lol!) very very good for training because its fun and accurate and easy to shoot- literally no recoil, not terribly loud, looks like a "machinegun/M16" for a kid or wife to enjoy, and with it shooting .22LR you can get GOOD ammo for .03 cents a round, damned good ammo for .07 cents around [well you *COULD* anyway. now its more like .25 / quarter to fitty cent lol].

 

And you can customize them infinitely ... made to look like a Government Issue black M4 Carbine, a SOPMOD , a pink panther, a hunting rifle w/ Realtree Hardwoods/mossy oak, or like me, a personalized Picasso of tactical toughness and home defense style n' profile.

OH YEAH And its also very reasonable priced for what you get.

Well thanks that was a great reply! My wife will be stoked! I'm gunna get mine first ( price, wife, and availability willing) if I ever finish getting my FID.. I was looking at a 15 22 for her first and u simply drove the nail! That will be hers when the id crud is finished. Thanks so much!

Hey there man , first off lemme say you are most absolutely welcome. And second thank you in return for such a compliment, it makes me extremely satisfied to have helped. There is a few people on here who get extremely upset and bothered when I post information or stories/reviews/etc. I kind of have the opinion, why not just bypass my posts and not pay attention, Because i Certainly do not pay attention to a word they say and just skim over any post I see their name attached, but it still makes some of them bothered . What are you gonna do.

 

 

Anyway I am lucky ,all my firearms that I have bought I am extremely lucky to say I love and am very happy with, so I like to share my luck and of course enthusiasm by telling people what is good / what is a good value / what is a good operating weapon etc. This one is like a home run grand slam for the whole family. Thanks again and lets keep the updates as you proceed.

I am hoping for my grand slam here soon! I am working on the fun paperwork for my FID and my wife says "why don't you apply for a pistol purchase permit as well" and i told her that they are timed to 90 days and I wasn't really planning on getting another pistol rightn ow. She then tells me "the one you carry all the time(basically like a CCW) is too big (full size taurus pt101 .40) why dont you get a smaller one when you get your rifle!" I knew there was a erason I married this woman!! Her only demands are that I teach her to shoot the rifle (which after lurking I may wind up buying a 5.56 AR (whenever I can find one) and a AR .22lr for her.) So realistically she is giving me the green light on 3 guns in a short period of time.... COME ON PAPERWORK!!
