Browning BAR or FN model D

Anyone know what the legality of these would be in NJ?

 

I'm making the following assumptions:

 

Semi auto

15 round magazines

No bayonet lug or other scary features.

 

How much would you expect to pay for one in 308 or 30-06?

 

I don't see them in any list by name and the features seem to make the grade.

Ohio Ordnance Works builds semi auto BAR's, but they aren't cheap. They are NJ legal, and OOW will include two 15 round mags for NJ sales. The FN D would need to have the flash suppressor removed or modified into a brake to be NJ legal.
