Question for the dealers on NICS

Since you guys can only fax the paper work into the NJSP do they give you the ability to check on the status of the nics you send in.John

its not prudent to call them to check on a status, it will only take them away from performing their normal duties and prolong responses even longer

tj462nj I got ya I was just curious if they gave you guys that option though , I find it odd that they suppose to have hired more help and the time frame is getting worse , I put in a nics with a dealer on the 22nd of last month was told 10-14 days which I kinda figured , now I here don't call to check up on it till after 20 days, .

You should receive your check tomorrow. They are running the 22 as of noon today.
