Question about Spikes Tactical Receiver

I'm considering on building my own AR soon, while looking at different receivers i came across the Spikes Tactical Punisher series. My question is whether or not it's NJ legal due to the safe, fire and auto bullet markings on the receiver. Now I know it will never be full auto without some sort of machine work, but I want to make sure before I decide to order. Any help/insight would be appreciated!
